Reading Teacher of the Year!
Congratulations to Katie Saunders!   She was chosen by our faculty as the Distinguished Teacher of Reading.  Katie is a second grade teacher and has been at Bethel for four years.  Katie will now compete for Greenville County Reading Teacher of the Year in the spring.

Twisted Cup Spirit Night!
Our next spirit night will be Thursday, October 16th, at Twisted Cup on Woodruff Road from 2:30-8:30 pm.  Come join us and enjoy some frozen yogurt as you support Bethel Elementary.  Please mention Bethel when ordering.  


Box Tops Contest!
Keep clipping those Box Tops!  Our second contest is going on this month.  Please send in Box Tops by October 31st in a Ziploc baggy with your child’s name and their teacher’s name on the outside.

Six for Sticks!
Bethel is excited to participate in the SIX FOR STICKS READING CHALLENGE by the Greenville Road Warriors!  All you need to do is read 6 books and fill out the Six for Sticks reading log that was sent home with your student before October 24th in order to receive a ticket to the November 14th Road Warriors game!  We hope to see everyone there!
