CogAt Testing for 2nd Grade
The Cognitive
Abilities Test (CogAt) will be administered to all second graders starting
Tuesday, November 3rd – Thursday, November 5th. The CogAt test measures students’ abilities
in reasoning and problem solving.
Testing Tips:
- Get a good night’s sleep the evening before the test.
- Eat a healthy breakfast the morning of the test.
- Make every effort to be at school each day of testing.
- Encourage your child to listen carefully to their teacher.
- Remind your child to read each question and response before selecting their answer.\
- Encourage your child to do their best work.
