Summer Reading
Calling all students to “Make a Splash” and read this summer.  We encourage you to complete Reading Bingo by reading at least 5 books from different genres.  You can read going down, across, or diagonally. Click on the summer reading link for more information. We would also love for you to submit a picture of yourself reading.  We would love to put these on our bulletin board near the library and maybe even the school website.  You can submit the picture to kbrice@greenville.k12.sc.us or give the picture to Mrs. Kaye in the library. The reading log and all pictures are due by Friday, August 30, 2013.

School Supply List 2013-2014
Before you know it school will be back in session.  The stores will soon have school supplies on sale.  Click on the School Supply List to check and print off the list of supplies your child will need this coming school year.

Check back before school starts for the weekly lunch menu. Meal payments can be made on-line at www.myschoolbucks.com or you can send cash/check to school with your child. Please do not combine lunch money with any other school payments. Lunch money must be kept separate. Students are not allowed to charge meals if they do not have money in their account. As always, we ask that parents not bring fast food into the cafeteria. Also, students who eat breakfast are asked to arrive between 7:15-7:45 in order to get to class on time.

Students have four options to choose from when making their lunch choice. The first two options (choice A and choice B) are hot lunches. The third option (choice C) is the vegetation station. The vegetation station option includes soup, salad, and bread. Soups will be made from scratch daily, and students will choose their toppings from our salad bar to create their salad. The fourth option, choice D, includes yogurt, cheese stick, and graham crackers. Students may also select a fruit and vegetable with any lunch choice.

Students who order choice A or choice B lunch also have the option of buying soup with their meal. There will be an extra charge for the addition of soup to their entree.
