Visitors
We strongly encourage parental involvement at
Bethel. Parents may visit or volunteer in classrooms, but the visit needs to be
arranged ahead of time to minimize disruptions.
Upon entering the building
through the main office, a visitor should provide a driver’s license to front
office staff and receive a visitor’s tag.
Be sure to wear the visitor’s tag at all times while on school
grounds. In order to sign out, stop by
the main office to return your visitor’s tag.
Box Tops
Box Tops are an easy
way to earn money for our school. Last year we collected over
$3000.00! That’s over 30,000 Box Tops! All you have to do to help
is:
1. Clip your box tops at home.
2. Put them in an envelope or bag labeled with your child’s name
and teacher.
3. Then send them to school.
Please check to make
sure the Box Tops aren’t expired and are clipped close enough to the
lines. We will hold several contests throughout the year to see who
can clip and turn in the most Box Tops. Our first deadline is Friday,
September 28th.

Visitor and Volunteer Guidelines
ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST RECEIVE DISTRICT APPROVAL PRIOR TO
VOLUNTEERING AT ANY SCHOOL/CENTER OR CHAPERONING ANY SCHOOL FIELD TRIP. PLEASE
ALLOW UP TO 2-WEEKS FOR THE APPROVAL PROCESS.
Greenville County Schools (GCS), in an effort to ensure the
safety of all of our students, has implemented additional security checks for
school volunteers. All volunteers must submit an online application to
the district and receive clearance from the district before volunteering at any
school/center or chaperoning any school field trip. To learn more
