Thanksgiving Lunch
Please join us for our annual
Thanksgiving lunch. This year
kindergarten, first, second, PMA, and Mrs. Irick’s class will eat on Tuesday,
November 15th. Third, fourth,
fifth, IMA, and Ms. Poole’s class will eat on Wednesday, November 16th. Bag lunches will be served on the day that
your child’s class is not eating Thanksgiving lunch. Please check with your child’s teacher for
their lunchtime because it is different than their normally scheduled
lunchtime.
American Education Week
American Education Week is
November 14-18. This is a time to
celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference in
ensuring that every child receives a quality education.
Food Drive
Student
Council will be hosting a food drive for Backpack Blessings. The food drive will take place November 28 -
December 2. They will be collecting foods that are non-perishable and packaged
in individual servings. Possible items are: easy mac, granola bars,
pudding, gummy snacks, apple sauce, individual packets of grits or oatmeal,
individual cereal boxes, cans of spaghetti, Ramen noodles, microwave popcorn,
raisins, crackers, etc.
