Change in Assignment Choice Lottery
The 2016-17 Change in Assignment Choice lottery application
window will be available to parents from Monday, December 7 through Friday,
December 18, 2015. The Change in Assignment Choice process will remain the same
as last year. Parents will be notified of their school assignment no later than
Thursday, March 24, 2016. Change in Assignment Choice does not impact
the process for applying to the district’s 11 magnet academies and Sara Collins
Elementary. All households will receive a mailed
brochure this month outlining the process.
Spirit Nights in December
Please mark your
calendars and make plans to join us for our spirit nights in December. Our first spirit night is Tuesday, December 1st
at Chick-fil-A on Woodruff Rd. from 5:30-8:00pm. On Thursday, December 3rd join us
at Moonstruck in Mauldin from 5:30-7:30.
This is a special night where Bethel families can shop. We will have a Zaxby’s spirit night on
Tuesday, December 8th from 5-8 pm on Butler Road. We hope to see you all there!
Student Council Food Drive
Bethel’s Student Council is holding a food drive this
week. Donations will go to Backpack Blessings. Please click HERE for the list of foods
needed.
